Anxiety makes life harder than it needs to be even though our brains produce it with our best interests in mind! When anxiety transitions from helpful to hurtful its time to take action. With practice and courage, we can thrive despite our anxiety.

Session 1 - I Can't Do That! 

During this session, participants will learn how the brain produces anxiety and how to become more aware when it does.

Session 2 - I Can Do That!

During this session, participants will learn skills and develop action steps to mitigate anxiety's hold over them. After all, our brains mean well.
