SCHEDULE
Team leader schedules a free 45-minute Welcome to Coaching Session.

WELCOME
Team leader discusses needs and goals with Ridgeview Coaching. Determines if Ridgeview Coaching is a good fit.
3.
AGREEMENT
A coaching schedule is developed, fees discussed, and a contract is signed.

4.
COACHING
Prior to the first ninety-minute team session, Ridgeview Coaching meets individually with each team member for fifteen minutes.
5.
EVALUATION
Every ninety days, the coaching process is evaluated, goals confirmed, and any adjustments made.
TEAM COACHING FEES
Fees associated with Team Coaching are difficult to estimate. 90-minute sessions are held monthly over a nine- or twelve-month period. In addition, team members are individually coached at the beginning of the agreement and team size varies by organization.
