Cohort Coaching

Bring a small group together for neuroscience-informed coaching that cultivates clarity, confidence, meaningful personal growth, and deliberate action.

How Cohort Coaching Works

1.

Schedule a Conversation

The team leader schedules a free Welcome to Coaching session.

2.

Explore the Fit

Together, we’ll discuss your team’s goals, challenges, hopes, and whether Ridgeview Coaching is a good fit for your group.

3.

Establish a Coaching Agreement

If we decide to work together, we’ll establish a clear agreement outlining expectations, confidentiality, fees, scheduling, and commitments.

4.

Begin Coaching

Before the first group session, Tom meets briefly with each participant. The cohort then meets monthly for guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical action.

5.

Evaluate Progress

Every ninety days, we review the coaching process, confirm goals, and adjust the path as needed.

Cohort Coaching Investment

Because every cohort is different, fees are based on group size, session length, number of sessions, and the level of individual support included.

During an introductory consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and design a coaching package that fits your group’s needs and budget.

Ridgeview Coaching helps teams pause, think clearly, strengthen trust, and take deliberate action together.

Schedule a free 45-minute Welcome to Coaching session to discuss your team’s goals, hopes, and current challenges. The Team Leader Guide can help you prepare by clarifying what you want coaching to help your team accomplish.
