Each package is designed to create focused space for reflection, insight, and deliberate action. Pricing is shared during the Welcome to Coaching session and is based on mutual agreement before coaching begins.

Begin with a free Welcome to Coaching session. No pressure, just a conversation about your goals, questions, and hopes for coaching.

Explore the Fit

Together, we’ll discuss what you want to work on, what support would be helpful, and whether we are a good fit for one another. We’ll also identify which coaching path best fits your goals, pace, and season of life.

Establish a Coaching Agreement

If we decide to work together, we’ll establish a clear coaching agreement that outlines expectations, confidentiality, fees, scheduling, and the commitments we are making to one another. This transparency helps build trust and creates a healthy foundation for the coaching relationship.

4.

Begin Coaching

In each session, you’ll reflect, gain clarity, identify action steps, and celebrate progress along the way.

Coaching is available in person for local clients and by Zoom for clients outside the area.
