Process

Schedule Phone Call
Ninety days before the presentation, use the link below to schedule a 60-90 minute phone conversation to discuss your goals and objectives.
2.
Establish Agreement
Once all mutually agree Tom is a good fit for your organization and his availability is confirmed, a second conversation clarifies objectives, confirms fees and develops a coaching agreement.
3.
AGREEMENT
Agreement is signed and fee paid. Time is scheduled for Tom to visit the site of the presentation and meet stake holders. Virtual meetings with stakeholders are available.
4.
PRESENTATION
Experience the positive energy and message of hope Tom’s presentations offer. Each participant has the opportunity to leave with actionable steps to improve their level of flourishing
5.
EVALUATION
Following the presentation and before leaving the site, Tom meets with key stakeholders for feedback and evaluation to ensure established goals and objectives were met.
